Eligible Classes

Coverage is provided to over 190 different classifiactions of businesses in the construction, manufacturing, restaurant, retail and service industries.  A broad range of Florida-domiciled employers are eligible for coverage with FUBA Workers' Comp, including smaller companies with only one employee.  Claim histories and exposures are reviewed by our underwriters on a case-by-case basis.  Please see our Recently Written Class Codes for a listing of the class codes most recently written by our Underwriting Department.  This is not a comprehensive list of all eligible class codes, but a good sample that will give you an idea of the types of businesses we are currently insuring.
