We will send you an email to let you know your FUBA Funds Gift Card is on the way. Gift Cards are mailed at the beginning of each month, so be checking your mail to ensure you receive yours.  Cards are personalized to the individual responsible for submitting and binding the account and are mailed to the agency mailing address we have on file.

SOME IMPORTANT TIPS FOR USING YOUR $25 FUBA FUNDS GIFT CARD:

1. When you receive your $25 FUBA Gift Card, make sure to activate your card by calling 1-877-944-3822 or going online to https://www.giftcards.com/account
2. For best results, use your $25 FUBA Funds Gift Card all at once.  Tell the cashier to run the card as "credit" in the amount of $25.
3. If you choose not to use your $25 FUBA Funds Gift Card at once, you must be aware of your balance when presenting your card.  You can check the balance of your card by calling 1-877-944-3822 or going online to https://www.giftcards.com.  There is also a $.50 transaction fee deducted from the balance of the card each time you use it.
4. If your purchase exceeds the balance of the card, tell the retailer to amount of your card first, and then pay the difference with another form of payment to complete the transaction.
5. If using your $25 FUBA Gift Card for gas, you must present your card to the attendant inside and specify your balance.  Do not use it at the pump.
6. Be aware that restaurants will often authorize an additional amount for tips and that the card may be declined if the amount is over $25.
7. Make sure you check your expiration date shown on the front of the card.
