In honor of FCBI’s 30th Anniversary, FUBA Workers’ Comp is celebrating by recognizing our dedicated agency force in the months with 30 days – we started in June and are continuing with September!

All accounts bound with prior coverage* and September effective dates – regardless of premium size – will earn you a $30 Gift Card to your choice of Publix, Target or Wal-Mart!

Gift Cards will be mailed directly to the agent/CSR responsible for binding the account so make sure correct contact names and your choice of Gift Card are listed on all requests to bind.
