The Agency Services Department is designed to provide our valued agents with the tools and support they need to write with FUBA Workers' Comp.

Agency Services provides:

• Agency approval to write business with FUBA Workers' Comp
• Agency Kits - including Underwriting Guidelines, Payment Plans, and Member Benefits
• Forms - including the FCBI Supplemental Application and FUBA Membership Application
• Marketing materials to assist you in selling FUBA Workers' Comp
• Agent of Record processing
